Built in Bedfordshire, for Bedfordshire
BedsCare Ltd is a domiciliary care provider bringing personal care and support to adults in their own homes across Luton and the wider county.
Care that stays in familiar surroundings
Rather than running a residential care home, BedsCare sends trained carers directly into people's homes — whether that's a short daily visit or full live-in care. We're currently completing our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the legal step every regulated care provider in England has to complete before delivering care.
That process means a full Statement of Purpose, fit-and-proper-person checks on our leadership, and a complete set of policies covering safety, safeguarding and quality — all in place before our first visit.
Why "BedsCare"?
The name is short for Bedfordshire — the county we're built to serve — not a reference to beds or furniture. It's a deliberate nod to where we're from and who we're here for.
Five values, held to consistently
Dignity & respect
Every individual is treated as exactly that — an individual, not a task on a list.
Safety & safeguarding
Non-negotiable, built into every process rather than bolted on afterwards.
Reliability & consistency
The same carers, visiting when they say they will, every time.
Honesty & transparency
With clients, with families, and with our regulator — no exceptions.
Continuous improvement
Training and feedback treated as ongoing work, not a one-off box to tick.
Accountable people, from day one
Responsible for BedsCare's strategic direction, financial sustainability, business development and overall regulatory compliance.
michaelawosusi63@gmail.com 07450 701368CQC requires every registered provider to appoint a Registered Manager responsible for care quality and staff supervision day to day. As BedsCare grows, we're also building toward a dedicated Care Coordinator role and a directly employed, DBS-checked care team.
Checked, not just trusted
Visits are planned through a digital care management and electronic call monitoring (ECM) system, confirming visits happen on time and helping keep the same carer allocated to the same client.
We back that with spot checks, satisfaction surveys, incident reporting with follow-up learning, and internal audits mapped against CQC's five key questions: is care Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.
